{"id":7134,"date":"2020-08-28T15:19:35","date_gmt":"2020-08-28T19:19:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.taicep.org\/taiceporgwp\/?page_id=7134"},"modified":"2026-02-10T17:04:00","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T22:04:00","slug":"hoa-nomination-process","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.taicep.org\/taiceporgwp\/professional-development\/hoa-nomination-process\/","title":{"rendered":"Hall of Acclaim Nomination Process"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Inductee Nomination Process<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TAICEP may select more than one inductee each year. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TAICEP actively seeks to include qualified inductees who represent a wide diversity of genders, race, ethnicities, sexual orientation, geographic locations, professional contexts, and life experiences.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>The desired qualification considerations may include a combination of the following:&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"post-content\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A significant contribution to the field of international credential evaluation over an <em>extended period (i.e. decades)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Specialized country\/region\/education system\/credential knowledge or range of countries\/education systems\/credential knowledge<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Evidence of publications and presentations (e.g., conferences, webinars, books, articles, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Demonstrated service in support of international credentials and\/or related issues in support of international students, immigrants, refugees, etc. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">This annual award is open to TAICEP members and non-members, and self-nominations are welcome.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #333333;\">2027 Nominations are open!&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Please complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/cfuLBtvKGKJszvhD9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TAICEP Hall of Acclaim Nomination Form<\/a> by <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>October 1, 2026<\/strong><\/span>.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">TAICEP may request additional information on nominees.
