He also founded and directed the Foreign Credential Service of America.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. William J. (Bill) Paver has spent his career giving to and giving back to international credential evaluation and admissions. This includes his service and leadership to AACRAO, TOEFL, IIE, and the National Council on the Evaluation of Foreign Education Credentials.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bill\u2019s initiative and efforts in the creation of the Electronic Database for Global Education and the support of the Paver Family Foundation is a lasting legacy for our profession and association.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>PhD.
