TAICEP Membership: ECE is a founding member of TAICEP. Not sure when I official became a member, but I first participated in the 2020 virtual conference.

What inspired you to join the TAICEP community? It’s a great place to exchange knowledge, and everybody “speaks” evaluation language!

The Best Part of Being a Member: Wonderful colleagues! One of the greatest joys of my work has been building friendships across countries and cultures, and sharing meaningful experiences together both at conferences and beyond.

TAICEP in a Single Word: Fun!

Reflections for the Community: Long, long time ago when I transferred to UW-Milwaukee from my Polish university, I had my transcript evaluation done during Jeanie Bell’s admissions-office tenure (Did she sense she was going to be TAICEP
president one day?). Later, when an opportunity came to join ECE, I felt an instant personal connection to the job and the field. Looking back at all those years, it couldn’t be a better fit! I guess, when it feels right, go for it! You won’t be disappointed. Some careers just happen!
