TAICEP’s Digital Student Data Taskforce is proud to present the Digital Docs Provider Fair, a FREE virtual event that invites participants to engage directly with issuers of electronic academic records and related verification services. This is the event for you, if your work requires the review of international credentials. This includes admissions officers, credentials evaluators and assessors, registrars, professional licensing boards and employers.

How does the virtual fair work?
Each presenter will provide a demo on how to access and use their e-delivery services and/or verification options. Afterwards, a Q&A will follow. So be sure to have your questions ready!
Presentations will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the month of March. For example, there may be a block of morning sessions one day and a block of afternoon sessions another day. Please note, however, depending on where you are and the time zone you are in, these sessions may actually fall on Wednesdays and Fridays for you. Sessions will vary between 30 and 40 minutes. There will be a 10-minute break in between.
How do I figure out my time zone?
Please also be advised that in some parts of the world, daylight savings takes place in the middle or at the end of March. When calculating your time zone, you may wish to consult the World Clock Meeting Planner at https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html (be sure to specify the exact date when calculating the time!). When you register, the session should subsequently appear in your local time when it is saved on your calendar. But you do want to double-check this.
What if I am interested but I can’t make it?
We are excited to be hosting this international event, with our participants and our presenters strewn across the globe. Unfortunately, this does mean that somewhere in the world, the sessions may be taking place in the middle of the night, because of the time difference. If you are interested in a session, but find that there is a conflict in the schedule, please do go ahead and register for the session. You will receive a link to the recording afterwards.
Schedule and Registration
Most sessions are organized in groups of 3, and there is one group per designated day. It is the same Zoom link for the entire day. So, regardless of whether you are interested in 1, 2 or all 3 of the session for that day, please register for that day. When the day of the presentation arrives, you can sign into Zoom at the designated time of the specific session(s) you wish to attend.
