Site Visit Conductors, (USA)

The National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) conducts site visits of its members as part of its re-certification process. To ensure that its members adhere to the highest professional standards the site visits are conducted by external and objective professionals in international education. NACES is seeking individuals to conduct these site visits. Site visitors should be active participants in the field of international education who are not employed by, or affiliated with, a NACES member organization. Site visits are scheduled to begin in early 2020. Each site visit will take approximately four hours to complete. Travel and expenses related to the site visit are covered by NACES, and a stipend is offered as well. Interested individuals should contact the NACES Membership Chair, Kurt Baumbach, at or speak to him in person at the TAICEP Annual Conference in Vancouver from October 21 to 24.    


Graduate Programs Assistant Manager (USA)

Oregon State University’s Office of International Admissions is seeking a Graduate Programs Assistant Manager. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, fixed term professional faculty position. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Director.

INTO OSU is a collaboration between OSU and INTO University Partnerships and is an initiative to increase the number of international students at OSU.  INTO OSU recruits international students to enroll at OSU in a variety of programs: Pathway programs, Academic English programs, special short term programs, and direct entry into any undergraduate and graduate program.

The OSU Office of International Admissions processes applications for all international students at the undergraduate level, specific graduate level programs, and all English language and academic preparatory programs administered by INTO OSU, including the undergraduate and graduate Pathway programs.

The Assistant Manager for Graduate Programs is responsible for the oversight of international evaluation standards and processes of all Graduate Pathway and selected graduate degree programs handled by the OSU Office of International Admissions and progression from all INTO OSU-administered Graduate Pathway programs.  This position, under the guidance and support of the Manager and Director of International Admissions, serves as the evaluation liaison to prospective students, OSU staff, INTO-OSU staff, INTO University Partnerships (IUP) Regional Offices and educational counselors throughout the world.
