Oregon State University –International Admissions Evaluator (USA)
This recruitment will be used to fill one full-time Administrative Program Assistant position for the INTO OSU Program at Oregon State University (OSU). This position is responsible for evaluating a prospective international student’s ability to be successful and make certain that students are able to meet OSU admissions standards while making the final admit/deny decision regarding OSU pathway programs and degree programs. It is expected that the person in this position consults reference materials that include, but are not limited to, state and federal guidelines, the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, and various university publications. This position is responsible for assuring that OSU international admissions standards are maintained and that admissions processes run smoothly, while discussing areas of critical concern with the OSU International Admissions Assistant Managers, Manager or Director. The person in this position is expected to liaise with a high level of professionalism and service with prospective students, OSU staff, INTO OSU staff, INTO University Partnership staff and INTO affiliated agents throughout the world to communicate OSU international admissions policies and procedures, as necessary.
