It’s best to include a brief summary of the position and a link to additional information or contact information for the potential applicant. We will also send an email blast to our membership as well as publicize through social media. Once the job is posted, feel free to follow us or like us on Facebook and LinkedIn and share our post from each medium about your job ad to extend your reach much further. International Admissions Counselor, Thomas Jefferson University

The primary function of the International Admissions Counselor is to assist in the recruitment, selection, and yield activities for international applicants across the first year, transfer and graduate portfolios. All efforts are focused on optimizing the experience of the international applicant and helping to manage funnel conversion rates in the achievement of stated goals (headcount, quality, revenue, and composition). This is a highly collaborative position that involves evaluation and familiarity with international documents and credentials and leverages the work of academic partners, administrative partners, international recruitment vendors and Jefferson Enrollment Management colleagues to achieve goals.

International Credential Evaluator

This position is responsible for evaluating a prospective international student’s ability to be successful and make certain that students are able to meet OSU admissions standards while making the final admit/deny decision regarding OSU pathway programs and degree programs. It is expected that the person in this position consults reference materials that include, but are not limited to, state and federal guidelines, the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, and various university publications.
This position is responsible for assuring that OSU international admissions standards are maintained and that admissions processes run smoothly, while discussing areas of critical concern with the OSU International Admissions Assistant Managers, Manager or Director. The person in this position is expected to liaise with a high level of professionalism and service with prospective students, OSU staff, INTO OSU staff, INTO University Partnership staff and INTO affiliated agents throughout the world to communicate OSU international admissions policies and procedures, as necessary.
