Beth Cotter is the President of Foreign Credential Evaluations, Inc. (FCE) She has researched and prepared credential evaluations since 1997. During this time she has presented at state and regional NAFSA conferences, taken part in a NAFSA national poster session on secondary ed, and helped lead a NAFSA summer workshop on credential evaluation. She presented at the AICE 2016 Phoenix Symposium on "Benchmarks for Undergraduate Admissions" and moderated a panel on 3-year degrees at the AICE 2017 Minneapolis Symposium. She co-authored a chapter on Outsourcing International Credential Evaluations in the 2016 AACRAO International Guide. FCE is an endorsed member of the Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE), Inc.
